About Us
Meridian native Dr. Austin W. Holmes is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. At the School of Dentistry, he received the Dr. Robert Maddux Memorial Academy of General Dentistry Award, the Ottillie Schilling Memorial Scholarship, the James T. Baird Memorial Scholarship and was a delegate to the American Student Dental Association.
An active member of the community, Dr. Holmes serves on the Dental Assisting Advisory Committee at Meridian Community College and is a member of the East Mississippi Business Development Corporation.
Dr. Holmes was a Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Mississippi and received the following honors: the Henry Hederman Full Business Scholarship to Mississippi College; Who's Who Among Students at American Colleges and Universities; James M. O'Neal AED Dental Scholarship; Phi Kappa Phi; Alpha Epsilon Delta; Golden Key International Honor Society; Beta Gamma Sigma; Gamma Beta Phi; Alpha Lambda Delta and National Dean's List.
Dr. Holmes is currently enrolled in The Dawson Academy based in St. Petersburg, FL., with a focus on “Functional Occlusion — from TMJ to Smile Design.” The Dawson Academy is a premier organization that provides ongoing courses for practicing dentists.
Dr. Holmes is supported by staff members who share his commitment to excellence in patient care. Together, they deliver the finest in skills, technology and overall satisfaction for every need.
